Cocktail hour is an important time in any city, but in Sevilla the locals have turned it into an art form. Mercer Hoteles is planning the perfect addition to an already buzzing cocktail community in the city. Although Spain is often associated with excellent red wine and sherry, there is a craze for craft cocktails that has changed the night and weekend scene. With the help of Diego Cabrera, from Twist de Naranja, the Mercer plans to add a distinctive flavor to the experience.
Guests seeking an exclusive experience can immerse themselves in a distinctive setting. Like a jewel box, Mercer Sevilla, located at 26, Calle Castelar, is comprised of 12 luxurious rooms and suites. Set to open in Autumn of 2016, visitors will find an elegant ambience, breakfast service in the bright courtyard, a restaurant and seductive rooftop terrace and pool.
