What is the nightly budget you are comfortable spending on a hotel? Please note that in many cases we ask that budget starts at $1k+ per room per night depending on destination and time of year.
Any other specifics that you were looking for that would be important to note upfront?
Is any part of this trip already held or booked such as flights or hotels?
Are you planning to use points to book any hotel stays on your trip? If so, please note that we are not able to assist with that, and would ask that you sort out any point research or bookings prior to having us work on a proposal.
Are you planning to use points or miles to book flights? If so, that is not a problem for us! Please note that we would have you handle the research and booking of that independently.
Are you looking for assistance with just accommodations or for full itinerary planning? Full planning is offered at an additional fee, which differs amongst each advisor and trip. Fees are usually based on factors like length and complexity of the trip, number of travelers, how soon departure date is, etc. (Remember we can always connect you with a hotel concierge to plan directly with them if you’d prefer to avoid a fee).
