For farm-to-table fare, a killer wine list, and some of the most polished service in Sydney – be sure to make it to Fred’s (and don’t miss Charlie Parker’s, the chic speakeasy cocktail bar downstairs!)

Located near Circular Quay, The Bridge Room is a new restaurant serving contemporary Australian cuisine in a beautifully renovated art deco building.

Put your name on the list (quite literally a roll of paper on the wall) and sip on a negroni while you wait for a taste of traditional Tuscan wood-fired T-bones at Bistecca

A cool Chinese resto that’s done in the style of a diner, Mr. Wong is as grand and as good as it gets.

Located in an art-filled house overlooking a Japanese garden, Tetsuya’s is considered some of the best French-Japanese restaurants in Sydney.

Aria Restaurant is one of the best when it comes to modern Australian haute cuisine – plus it’s in a glass-walled dining room overlooking the harbor!

A fresh, healthy meal can be had at The Boathouse Shelly Beach – a rustic and very cool beachside café.

It isn’t a trip to Sydney without seeing the stunning salt-water pool at Bondi Icebergs Club. And it also wouldn’t be a trip to Sydney without scouting out the best beaches, of course. The most famous (and definitely the most crowded) is Bondi Beach; It has a carnival-like atmosphere unlike any other beach in Sydney where cafés, ice cream shops, restaurants and boutiques are scattered along the Campbell Parade – and it’s the best spot for those who love to surf! Go rollerblading or walk along the wide stretch at Manly Beach. The quieter Coogee Beach is a stunning stretch protected by a colorful reef and is perfect for those wanting a more relaxed day in the sun.

Climb the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, see a show at the Sydney Opera House, and get cultured at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia. If you only have time to shop at one place, make it be Pam Pam.
